Every order goes through the same stages, with quality checked at each one.

Raw material mixed with the colour granules.

The mix is heated at the extrusion head and blown upward into film at the approved thickness.

Your approved design printed, up to 6 colours across front and back.

Film sealed and cut to size, with a T-shirt or banana handle cut depending on the product.

Thickness, size and print clarity.

Packed as agreed and delivered to you.
